A crise da dívida soberana da Europa e o futuro do euro continuam a dar que falar. Aqui está mais uma análise:
“We’re going to get a continuation of the problems that Ireland, Portugal, Spain and others are suffering... The fundamental issue is these are countries that have relatively large debts, large budget deficits, large current-account deficits, they don’t have their own currency and they can’t cut interest rates. The only way they can get out of this is to have significant recessions.”
Mas faz algum sentido um sistema em que um país para sair de uma situação difícil, tenha que passar por uma recessáo? Não é isso um imenso desperdício, com pessoas desempregadas sem poderem contribuir? Assim, a Europa não vai a lado nenhum...
